This privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as “Policy<\/em><\/strong>“) contains information on the processing of personal data of data subjects by Full services, s.r.o. in the performance of its business activities, including the processing of personal data that occurs on the website www.wewater.tech or on the profile of Full services, s.r.o. on the social networks Facebook, INSTRAGRAM, LinkedIn (hereinafter referred to as “website<\/em><\/strong>“). Your personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation<\/em><\/strong>“), Act No 18\/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments and Additions to Certain Acts (hereinafter referred to as “Act<\/em><\/strong>“) and other relevant data protection legislation (the Regulation, the Act and other data protection legislation together hereinafter referred to as “Data Protection Regulations<\/em><\/strong>“). <\/p>\n

The purpose of this Policy is to provide you with a clear answer to why your personal data is processed, how it is processed and what your rights and obligations are in relation to the processing of your personal data. This Policy also provides you with other relevant information about the processing of your personal data and thus fulfils the information obligation of the controller under Article 13 as well as Article 14 of the Regulation regarding the processing of personal data on the website. The conditions for the processing of personal data that occurs outside the website or in the ordinary course of the controller’s business are regulated in the controller’s general data protection policy and in other internal data protection regulations of the controller. <\/p>\n

Identification of the Operator and contact details<\/h3>\n

The controller for the processing of your personal data is the company Full services, s.r.o.<\/strong> with its registered office at Pri Raj\u010dianke 8913\/25, 010 01 \u017dilina, ID No.: 36690643 (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller<\/strong>“).<\/p>\n

You can contact the controller in matters relating to the processing and protection of personal data at Full services, s.r.o.<\/strong>, Pri Raj\u010dianke 8913\/25, 010 01 \u017dilina<\/strong>. The Controller has not appointed a person responsible for the protection of personal data. <\/p>\n

Purposes, legal bases, categories of personal data processed and retention period<\/h3>\n

The controller shall always process your personal data in accordance<\/strong> with the principle of minimisation<\/strong> only for justified purposes, for a limited period of time, determined in accordance with the applicable law and using the maximum possible level of security. The controller shall only process personal data if there is a legal basis for the processing and, therefore, it is processed in accordance with the principle of lawfulness.<\/strong> Please see the table below for the specific purposes, legal bases, categories of personal data and information about the retention periods of your personal data. The Data Controller will also provide you with more information about the retention period of your personal data if you request it. <\/p>\n

In connection with the security of personal data, the Controller has adopted the relevant internal documentation specifying the appropriate security measures adopted by the Controller for the purpose of securing your personal data.<\/p>\n

Source of personal data<\/h3>\n

When processing personal data, the Controller obtains your personal data directly from you if you provide it yourself (e.g. by sending a request to the Controller via the contact form on the website, subscribing to the newsletter, ordering services from the Controller, entering a competition organised by the Controller<\/em>) or directly when you visit the Controller’s website(online identifiers<\/em>). <\/p>\n

If the services of the Operator are ordered by a commercial company of which you are a representative or contact person, the source of your personal data is this company.<\/p>\n

To whom does the Controller provide your personal data?<\/h3>\n

In certain cases, the controller is obliged to provide your personal data to public authorities or other recipients who are authorised to process your personal data. These recipients include courts, law enforcement authorities, the competent tax administrator, supervisory authorities (the Slovak Trade Inspection Authority) as well as the Office for Personal Data Protection. <\/p>\n

Other recipients of your personal data include companies operating social networks and the Youtube platform if you contact the Operator via a message on a social network, participate in a competition organised by the Operator on a social network or on a website, give consent to the Operator to publish your testimonial about its services or your photo (Meta Platforms Ireland and LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company). If you visit the Operator’s website and consent to the use of online analytical and marketing tools (cookies), the recipients of your personal data are also the companies providing online advertising and analytical tools (Meta Platforms Ireland, Google Ireland Limited). <\/p>\n

Intermediaries<\/h3>\n

In some cases, the Controller also provides your personal data to its processors, i.e. external entities that process your personal data on behalf of the Controller. The processors process personal data on the basis of a contract concluded with the Controller, in which they undertake to take appropriate technical and security measures in order to process your personal data securely.
